Review on lymphoma and deregulated signaling pathways

چکیده
Since the incidence of cancer is increasing worldwide, there an urgent need for more successful therapies. Here, we focused on a literature review regarding lymphoma and deregulated pathways that are hallmarks development. Among others, PI3K/AKT, NF-ĸB JAK/STAT most common ones. These signaling crucial numerous cellular processes possible deregulation can mainly lead to uncontrolled cell division inhibition apoptosis. A was performed by using databases including PubMed, PubMed Central Google Scholar from where recent valuable studies were selected.

The effect of probiotics on signaling pathways of genes involved in depression: review article
Depression is the psychological disorder which caused by chronic stress and extensive communication network between the gastrointestinal system via the “gut–brain-microbiota axis”. Depression can systematically activate/deactivate many genes and signaling molecules involved in the pathogenesis of the gastrointestinal disease. Whereas, most of the anti-depressant drugs suppress the depression sy...
متن کاملEffects of fibromodulin protein expression on NFkB and TGFβ signaling pathways in liver cancer cells
Introduction: The incidence rate of liver cancer is continuously increasing. Currently, gene therapy is applied to improve various medical issues such as cancer treatment approaches. Correspondingly, fibromodulin involves in many biological and physiological processes through interaction with growth factors and signaling pathway receptors. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of...
متن کاملAnaplastic lymphoma kinase: activating mechanisms and signaling pathways.
The discovery of Anaplastic Lymphoma Kinase (ALK) by Stephan Morris and colleagues twenty years ago has led to an unprecedented opportunity and provided the basis for a novel and clinically powerful stratification of human cancers. The molecular and biological characterization of ALK and the recognition of alternative mechanisms of activation of the tyrosine kinase receptors have then set the b...
متن کاملMultiple DNA damage signaling and repair pathways deregulated by simian virus 40 large T antigen.
We demonstrated previously that expression of simian virus 40 (SV40) large T antigen (LT), without a viral origin, is sufficient to induce the hallmarks of a cellular DNA damage response (DDR), such as focal accumulation of gamma-H2AX and 53BP1, via Bub1 binding. Here we expand our characterization of LT effects on the DDR. Using comet assays, we demonstrate that LT induces overt DNA damage. Th...
متن کاملTLR2 and TLR4 Signaling Pathways and Gastric Cancer: Insights from Transcriptomics and Sample Validation
Background: Pattern recognition receptors, especially toll-like receptors (TLRs), as the first line of defense for pathogen detection, were found to be associated with H. pylori infection and gastric cancer (GC). However, the expression levels of TLRs, i.e. TLR2 and TLR4, as the main receptors sensed by H. pylori, still remain largely ambiguous. We aimed to investigate the patterns of key tra...
